Hi, I’m Sam (she/her) and I’m a multi-certified Cosmetic Tattoo Artist located in Syracuse, NY! I currently specialize in all styles of brows, lips, and freckles. I am always taking new trainings in order to advance my skillset and bring you the latest cosmetic services. My goal is to provide inclusive, high quality services to humans of all genders, shapes, sizes, colors, and ages. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
All Appointments rescheduled/cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will have to pay another deposit to reschedule. Reschedules made outside of this window will have the deposit transferred over to the new appointment time.
All appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 30% of the service total.
No call, no shows will be charged 30% of the service total and will require approval before booking another appointment.
